Explanation of Heating Cycle for Hot Pressing Oil Furnace

1. The electric heating tube of the hot press machine is controlled in three groups, with six tubes controlled in each group

2. During preheating, all three groups are fully open

3. The thermal oil pump motor runs continuously from preheating to pressing process

4. The digital temperature display controller installed on the hot plate controls the on/off of the electric heating tube. When the hot press plate reaches the preheating temperature (the upper limit of the hot plate temperature is set by the temperature controller), two sets of electric heating tubes, each consisting of six, will be powered off and stop working. The other two groups of twelve electric heating tubes are controlled by a temperature display controller, which controls the on/off of the twelve electric heating tube groups based on the upper and lower limits of the pre adjusted hot plate temperature, keeping the hot plate temperature within the predetermined range.

5. The temperature controller installed on the heating oil tank is used to limit the maximum temperature inside the heating oil tank, and the set value should be lower than the heat-resistant temperature of the oil. When the temperature reaches the maximum temperature setting value, an alarm signal is issued and the power supply of the electric heating tube is disconnected.

6. Before the first heating, the heat transfer oil pump should be turned on for room temperature circulation, and the heat transfer oil should be continuously replenished from the expansion oil tank until the air in the system is completely discharged before heating is allowed. When heating, the temperature should be slowly increased to avoid the thermal oil expanding and overflowing from the oil tank. Until the water in the oil is evaporated, it can be used normally.
