The hydraulic system of the woodworking hot press adopts low-pressure high flow pump and high-pressure low flow pump for oil supply, and the high and low-pressure pumps are driven separately.
Press the close pressure button to start both the high and low pressure pumps simultaneously, and the solenoid 1YV is energized, causing the solenoid valve to change direction. The low-pressure pump passes through one-way valve 6, and high-pressure oil enters the oil cylinder through electromagnetic directional valve 10 and one-way valve 11. The press worktable begins to rise. When the hot pressing plate of the press is closed and the oil cylinder pressure rises to the upper limit of the set pressure of the electrical contact meter 7, the low-pressure pump motor stops. The high-pressure pump continues to supply oil to the oil cylinder. When the pressure reaches the upper limit of the set pressure of the pressure gauge 8, the high-pressure pump stops. 1YV loses power. The press enters the automatic pressure holding timing stage. In the next stage, if the pressure drops to the lower limit of contact pressure gauge 8, the high-pressure pump starts, the electromagnet 2YV is powered on, the solenoid valve changes direction, and the pressure oil enters the hydraulic control one-way valve through the solenoid directional valve. The hydraulic control one-way valve is opened, and the press returns to the lower limit switch to stop. The press completes one working cycle.
Overflow valve 5 is used to adjust the pressure of the low-pressure pump, with a maximum adjustment pressure not exceeding 1.5MPA
Overflow valve 9 is used to adjust the pressure of the high-pressure pump, with a maximum adjustment pressure not exceeding 26MPA
Overflow valve 13 is used to adjust the control oil pressure to 2MPA
