The burrs and grooves on the veneer are too deep or the moisture content is too high. 5. The aging time is too long, causing the glue to dry out. Or the aging time is too short to form a continuous adhesive film.

Solution: Carefully check the quality of the adhesive and purchase high-quality adhesive; Pay attention to applying glue evenly and moderately; Properly increase the temperature and pressure of the hot press machine to extend the hot pressing time; Carefully control the aging time; Improve the quality of veneer rotary cutting; Pay attention to maintaining the veneer to ensure its moisture content is within the specified range. Secondly, there are indentations on the surface of the board. The reason for this phenomenon may indicate that the surface of the pad is uneven, and the hot press pad should be replaced in a timely manner; It is also possible that there are adhesive blocks or debris on the surface of the pad, as long as it is cleaned thoroughly.
